Your money plays first

One welcome per player

How our bonus rules work
A bonus and anything you win with it become withdrawable once you reach the offer's Bets Threshold within the bonus period. If the conditions are not met in time, we may take back the bonus and the winnings that came from it.
Bets Threshold
This is the total amount you need to bet during the bonus period to qualify for the bonus. Only real money bets count towards it, unless the offer explicitly says otherwise.
Stake limits with a bonus
Bets placed outside the offer's minimum and maximum bonus bet may not count towards the threshold, and we reserve the right to cancel any winnings they produce.
Game contribution
An offer can name games or bets that count only partly towards the Bets Threshold, or that do not count at all.
Win caps
The Bonus Wins Cap is the most you can win with a bonus during its period. Anything above that cap is deducted from your account automatically.
When a bonus ends
The bonus period closes when it expires, when your account goes dormant, or as soon as your account balance falls to £10 or lower. At that moment any remaining bonus balance is forfeited, the bonus restrictions on your account are lifted, and for games that track wagering progress, that progress is also voided and reset.
Cancelling a bonus
You can cancel an accepted bonus at any time in your account settings. The bonus period then ends straight away, the bonus balance is removed from your account balance, and any progress you made towards the Bets Threshold becomes void too.
Betting mainly to profit from bonus offers, rather than to enjoy the games with real money, counts as bonus abuse. If we reasonably suspect it, we end the active bonus period without notice, withdraw the bonuses involved and may deduct related winnings. We may also amend, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time, for any reason and without prior notice, and if we cancel an offer, any unclaimed or unused bonus from it is forfeited.

Closing your account

Your own account
Deposits must come from a payment account held in your name. We do not accept third-party payments, and they may lead to your account being suspended or closed.
Limits

Currency and checks

Checks and split payments

Early withdrawal

Fees
As a general rule we do not charge fees for deposits and withdrawals, but your payment provider may add its own charges. In some situations, for example an excessive number of small deposits or withdrawals instead of combining them, we may charge a processing fee that we set and you agree to, and we tell you before the transaction so you can cancel if you do not agree.
Verifying your account
We can verify your identity at any stage, including at registration and before a deposit or withdrawal goes through. Withdrawals are released only after we have checked your documents and you have completed a questionnaire, and they are paid only to your own account, never to a third party or to another player.

You send your documents to our support team by email, in English or in another language we accept. For transactions above £1,700, we may hold withdrawals or the processing of a claim until the required checks are complete, and if verification is not finished within 7 days of our request the claim may be reduced or rejected.
The time verification takes is assessed for each account, and during enhanced checks all requested documents are due within one calendar month of when that check starts. While a check is open we may pause deposits, withdrawals and play, and if the documents do not arrive in time we may, at our discretion, cancel winnings, restrict access or close the account. If verification is refused or fails, documents are forged or altered, or the information you give does not match, we may void all wagers, return the money held in the account and suspend or close it.
